Our Privacy Policy describes how your personal information may be collected, used, and shared when you visit, purchase, or interact with the CORE Clinic. It ensures appropriate compliance with standards for personal data privacy and protection indicated in Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (“DPA”) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
This policy applies to personal information we collect on the website, social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook), email, and messaging platforms (text message, Viber, WhatsApp, etc).

In order for us to provide you with the best service that we can, we may request that you furnish us with certain information, which may include but are not limited to:
- Basic Personal Information: full name, address, phone number, email, etc.
- Sensitive Personal Information: age, gender, marital status, nationality,
- Sensitive Medical Information: medical and health history, medical laboratory and other diagnostic results, etc., for diagnosis and personalization of your treatment.
- Financial Information: bank account or credit cards you disclosed to us as part of our transaction processes.

We collect your data primarily to be able to provide you with our services and ensure pleasant customer experience with us. Specifically, we collect your data to process your reservations and payment for our services, for your personalized treatment protocol, communication for treatment and health concerns, engage you in our programs and promotions, to conduct marketing activities, remediation and other applicable legal remedies as necessary, records updating, and other related activities.

We take utmost diligence to ensure that your information is kept safe and private. Technical (software), physical (hardware) and organizational (policies) measures are undertaken to ensure that your information is protected.
Once your Personal Data or Medical information is no longer required for the initial purpose of collection, we will implement appropriate measures to either securely dispose of it, permanently de-identify, or anonymize the information. However, it's important to note that the majority of Personal Data or Medical Information will be retained in files for a duration of up to ten (10) years.
