Return and Refund Policy

  1. The CORE Clinic will only accept returns and refunds if the products received are: 
  • Expired products 
  • Products nearing expiry (Expiry within six months without disclosure of the expiration date on our end, save for compounded products prepared-per-order without preservatives and have a short Before Use Date). 
  • Damaged
  • Wrong products received

All products are inspected thoroughly to ensure your orders are in good condition. Our team will also confirm your order before dispatch. Product return and replacement are valid only within seven days from receipt of product/s. 

  1. To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused or unopened
  2. This policy does not include customer change of mind, preference, or error. 
  3. Please provide an unboxing video or photo in case of a problem with your order. Claims require proof for resolution. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns/replacements if there is a noticeable mishandling of the product. To process your returns or have questions about our policy, you can contact us through info@corephilippines.com.

Shipping costs are not refundable. 

Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to approval if they meet the above mentioned criteria. We will initiate your refund through your original payment method once your return is approved.
