Do you ever wonder why some people can eat whatever they want and not gain fat? Or the inverse: there are those who barely eat yet have the most difficult time losing fat.

This is because what we eat isn’t the sole determinant of our weight. Our bodies contain multiple, overlappping systems that control or regulate our weight.
